Description

The three-dimensional dicing machine 3DD is made for slicing, dicing and strip cutting both vegetables and fruits. The product will enter the 3DD through the input funnel and is then brought to the knives by means of a rotating drum. The three-dimensional cutting system — consisting of a slicing knife, a circle knife set, and a crosscut knife set — cuts the products with rotating knives.

Cutting possibilities

• Slicing: continuously variable 1 – 13 mm for slices and onion rings.

• Strip cut: 2.5 – 5 – 7.5 – 10 – 12.5 – 15 – 20 mm for (julienne) strips.

• Dicing: 5 – 7.5 – 10 – 12.5 – 15 – 20 mm for dice.
